If you want to screen record or take a screenshot of a story or chat on Snapchat there is a simple way to do so without sending a notification.
All you have to do is make use of “Airplane” mode on your handset. The basic technicality of this is that when you turn on Airplane mode, your mobile doesn’t have any network and hence no internet connection.
When you turn on the Airplane mode your Wi-Fi or data connection will automatically be disabled.
Without any internet connection, Snapchat will not be able to detect your action such as taking a screenshot or a screen recording.
Steps to take a screenshot without detection:
- On you mobile, open your Snapchat application
- Next, pull down the notification bar.
- On your notification bar, click on the Airplane mode to turn it on.
- Once its on, go ahead and take a screenshot or a screen recording.
Snapchat will not be able to detect and thus it won’t send any notification about the screenshot that has been taken.
